Last November, Wheaton St. Francis defeated Joliet Catholic Academy in an IHSA volleyball super sectional ending the Angels’ season and the first installment of my “The Season” photo column.

Today, Joliet Catholic got their revenge defeating the Spartans in 3 games to earn a trip to the state tournament next weekend at Illinois State University.

Congrats to coach Chris Scheibe and all the girls!
