naperville overexposed
Tonight, I continued my recent series of overexposed parking lots in Chicago’s western suburbs.
As I drove to an assignment along 75th Street, a clump of Christmas trees for sale in a Dominick’s food store caught my eye.
After finishing shooting and sending my job, I worked the pines for awhile but the overexposure technique didn’t work well.
I then moved on to rows of prairie grass that line the entry way but no luck there either.
Finally, I found my way to several trees with Holiday lights near a stop sign.
A car in the background was the added element that I needed to separate this image from the rest.

The car and the stop sign definitely makes the image more interesting. Great shot!
