taking it to the pier

When I think of my favorite places in Chicago- Soldier Field on a Bears’ Sunday, the lakefront at sunrise, US Cellular Field during the World Series (sorry Cubs’ fans), Wicker Park on the first warm spring night- Navy Pier wouldn’t make the list, in fact, it would probably be near the top of my least favorite places.

Despite its fabulous location, Navy Pier is overpriced, over decorated, over run by tourists and highly overrated.

Those facts, however, didn’t stop me from going on a self-assigned photo safari last night.

  3. Sure wish I could follow you around on one of your self-assigned photo safaries… Do you teach any photojournalism classes?

    • I would like to teach but the right opportunity hasn’t arisen yet. Maybe someday.
If you are ever through Chicago, I’d be more than happy to let you job shadow me for a day.

  4. Thanks! I just may take you up on your offer some day… ! Thanks again.
